Jessica Simpson has plenty to sing about. Her little sister Ashlee is due to give birth any minute and her relationship with Dallas quarterback Tony Romo is still going strong after one year.
Still, 28-year-old Simpson reveals, Romo isn't the only Cowboy who's caught her eye. "I grew up in Dallas so I ... [had] a crush on Troy Aikman, who was the quarterback at the time," she reveals on the daytime talk show. "The Dallas Cowboys quarterback, I think there's a requirement, like you have to be good looking."
But Romo is the "whole package," she says, not just a pretty face.
"He's taught me to calm down a lot," Simpson says. "I'm not organized and he's not organized either – but [he] does make me want to be organized for us."
In fact, "we're really a lot alike," the "Come on Over" singer says. "I'm just more into fashion than he is!"

Jessica Simpson says her pregnant sister Ashlee, who is due any day, is trying to everything to make that baby come out.
"Different foot massages and stuff," Jessica said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show (airing Wednesday). "I don't know. I think she's really just jumping around trying everything right now."
She adds Ashlee will likely induce the labor. "They're going to have to - it's already developing really quick," she told DeGeneres.
So, is it a boy or a girl?
"I can't say because they haven't said," Jessica said. "I'll stick my foot in my mouth and get in trouble and I won't be a good aunt."
Jessica also told DeGeneres that she is in love with beau Tony Romo.
"He is a good guy, and he's really just helped me along in life and taught me a lot about being comfortable being myself -- which is important," she said.
"Being out there and demanding and commanding that field -- that's pretty sexy," Jessica added. "But it's nice when you have the whole package."
Jessica said they're "really a lot a like. I'm just more into fashion than he is."

With her relationship with Tony Romo approaching the one-year mark, Jessica Simpson is gaining some perspective on her life and loves.
"I'd always fall for guys I wanted to save," the singer, 28, tells Cosmopolitan for its December issue (on sale Nov. 11). "For the first time, I fell in love with someone who saved me."
As for where the road with Romo, also 28, may take her, Simpson says, "I think any person who I'm gonna date for longer than six months, I definitely am investing in something long-term. If I get married again, then it will be the last time."
From 2002 to 2005, Simpson was married to Nick Lachey, who, she says, "will always be a part of my life, but next time, I'm marrying the right one."

We'll have to wait a little longer to see if Jess changes her mind about taking Tony shopping for engagement rings, but in the meantime she can look forward to becoming an aunt as the next milestone.

In the up coming December issue of Elle Magazine Carrie Underwood graces the cover looking hot and she dishes on the comment she made about ex boyfriend Tony Romo calling her while dating Jessica Simpson.
“See, this is always a tricky thing,” Underwood answers. “I don’t think people realize that when you do an interview, the magazine comes out six months later. It was just something that was said in passing, and I would never mean to say anything to hurt anybody or to stir up anything, because I’m just not about drama. At all. I might be mad too,” Underwood adds, “if somebody said my boyfriend was calling some other girl. So I can definitely see where she would be coming from. But I haven’t talked to him since, like, May.”
Having “learned her lesson” about mentioning her private life at all in interviews, Underwood refuses to say whether she’s currently dating. “If I say I am or I’m not, as soon as this magazine comes out, it might be the opposite of what I tell you now. In three months, it’ll be ‘Carrie said she’s not dating anybody,’ yet last night, I was out on the town with some guy. He’s going to get mad at me. Everybody’s going to think I’m a liar. It’s just best not to go there.”

A Saturday night out turned ugly for Jessica Simpson and her best friend, hairstylist Ken Paves, when he was injured by photographers outside L.A. hotspot Madeo.
As the friends exited the restaurant, photographers swarmed the singer, 28. Paves stepped in to protect Simpson when a pap struck him in the face with a camera. An observer tells PEOPLE that the injury was an accident.
"Everyone was pushing each other to get a picture of Jessica," a source tells PEOPLE.
With blood running down his face, the two got into their vehicle, and Paves was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center according to a source. No police charges have been filed.
A call to Paves was not returned.
